Obaseki mourns death of Oredo APC Ward 11 Chair, Edosomwan
The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has mourned the passing of the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Ward 11, Oredo Local Government Area (LGA), Comrade Nosa Edosomwan.
In a statement, Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Communication Strategy, Mr. Crusoe Osagie, said the governor was deeply pained by the loss of Comrade Edosomwan.
According to him, “The governor received the news of the passing of Comrade Nosa Edosomwan, APC chairman in Ward 11, Oredo LGA with a heavy heart. The deceased was a good man, who worked for the good of the people and contributed his quota to the development of his immediate community.”
“Pa Edosomwan was indeed a good party man and his wise counsel and advise will be greatly missed. We pray that God grants his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss,” he added.
Pa Edosomwan was said to have died after brief illness in Benin City, the Edo State capital.
