The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has condoled with the Secretary to the State Government, Osarodion Ogie Esq., over the passing of his sister, late Mrs. Veronica Aikuyemwose Idiaghe, Nee Ogie.
In a statement, the governor said: “I received the news of the passing of Mrs Veronica Idiaghe with rude shock and I commiserate with you and the entire family.
“Please be assured of my thoughts and prayers for God to console you and other members of the family and accept her soul.”
Obaseki added: “While the physical presence of Mrs Veronica Idiaghe would be greatly missed, we take solace in the remarkable life she led while she was with us.”
