Dr. Simon Omoaka Imuekemhe was born in Ikabigbo-uzairue in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State.  He attended Demonstration Primary School uzairue, our lady of Fatima Grammar School and the university of Ibadan where he bagged the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).  He is a fellow of the West African College of Physician (Paediatrics) (FWACP) and a Fellow of the Nigerian College of  Physician (FNMCP)(Paediatrics)
