Dennis Ejere
Barrister Dennis Ejere is the Special Adviser to the Governor on Inter Party Affairs. He is Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He attended St. Peter's (Now Edeseime) Primary School at Ukhuse-osi (Now called Edeseime), Ogbagun, Iuleha, Owan West Local Government Area of Edo State. Then he proceeded to Siluko Grammar School, Siluko, Ovia West Local Government Area, of Edo State. From there he went to the then Bendel State (Now Ambrose Alli) University, Ekpoma where he graduated with a Bachelors' degree in Law (Hons.) in 1987. Thereafter he attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, where he obtained his B.L and Call to Bar Certificate in 1988. Between 1988 and 1989, he served as a Youth Corper as a Legal Adviser to Ilorin Local Government, in the old Kwara State of Nigeria. At the conclusion of his service, he started his private legal practice with B.A Alegbe and Co, 1989- 2002 when he picked up an appointment as a Lecturer 1 in the Faculty of Law, Ambros Alli University, Ekpoma. A position he has held until his recent appointment as Special Adviser to the Edo state government. He also obtained a Masters degree in Law (LL.M) in 1999 from the then Edo State University (Now Ambrose Alli University), Ekpoma. He was also a member of the Edo State Law review Commission from 2002 to 2007.
