Mr. Lucky Eghosasere Imasuen, internationally renowned security expert, successful businessman and committed politician, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Imasuen in Egor Local Government Area of Edo State.

- Attended Agbado Primary School, Benin City
- Attended Okada Grammar School, Okada
- Attended the New York State Security Sensitive School, New York, USA.
- Attended Mercy College, New York for his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Criminal justice
- Was appointed Supervisor, Burns International Security Services Inc. USA with responsibility for security surveillance at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (1986 – 1989)
- Incorporated Lucky International Security Service inc. USA with operational base in New York City and an initial staff strength of about a hundred employees. This has grown over the years to about 500 employees
- Established LISS Nigeria Limited, Benin City, a civil and electrical engineering, building and construction conglomerate.
- Set up the Imasuen Foundation, Benin City, a philanthropic organization that has touched the lives of many in Edo State.
- Joined active partisan politics in 1980 when he became the president of the Student Wing of the National Party of Nigeria (NPN) (1980 – 1982)
- Was a pioneer member of the National Center Party of Nigeria (NCPN) in 1996, and was one of the front-running gubernatorial aspirants on the platform of the party.
- Was also a gubernatorial aspirant of the United Nigeria Congress Party (UNCP) in 1997
- Was Chief of Staff to the Governor of Edo State between 2005 – 2006
- Was elected as Deputy Governor of Edo State on April 14, 2007
- Has garnered numerous awards of honour in recognition of his contributions to his state, Nigeria and Humanity
- Is the President, Nigerian Concerned Citizens, USA;
- President, Edo State Coalition, New York, USA;
- Member, Edo National Association in the United States;
- Member, International Security Business Owners, USA,
- Member, Okada Grammar School, Old Boys Association, Benin City.
- Member, Benin Club, Benin City
- Has attended many international conferences, seminars and workshops on diverse issues over the years.
- Is married with children.
- Hobbies include football, lawn tennis and reading.
