Chief, Sir. OSENI SALAWE ELAMAH is Executive Chairman, Edo State Board of Internal Revenue and the ‘Okaoivbiore’ of Benin Kingdom. A Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, With a Master's degree in Governance and Finance from Liverpool John Moore University, UK, Sir. Elamah has worked in several top managerial positions both in the Public and Private Sectors.

He has worked as an auditor, a Chartered Accountant with S.S. Afemikhe & Co, Financial Controller (Geomesaf Group Limited), Director of Finance and Administration (Sheltercare Mortgage Finance Ltd), Executive Director of Finance and Administration (TRW Stockbrokers Limited), Special Assistant to the Special Adviser to the Presidency (Petroleum), Managing Partner (Patriot Consultants), Executive Director (Hoslyn Oil and Gas Services Ltd: As the Business Development and Logistics Director, Sir. Elamah was able to secure a major contract to construct the Oredo/Ozibigie Oil and Gas Flow Station), Executive Director of Business Development (Multinational Expertise Ltd- He was responsible for the strategic planning and development of new business line which resulted in the formation of a Joint Venture Company- Multinational Craig Energy Services Limited with a major UK energy supplies group providing oilfield supplies and support to major exploration and production operators in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry. At the inception of the Comrade Adams Oshiomhole’s led administration in Edo State, Sir Elamah was the first to be appointed Chairman of a committee to help chart a roadmap for the take-off of the administration when he chaired the Edo State Asset Verification Committee to establish the assets and liabilities of the State, to enable the administration to put in place a governance structure to ensure transparency, accountability and value for money for public expenditure. Until his current appointment, he was the Special Adviser to the Governor on Fiscal Governance and Project Monitoring.
