Dr. Samuel Ovenseri AIbueku is the Spcial Adviser to the Governor on Youths and Sports. Born in Benin City, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education, a Master’s degree in Curriculum Development in Physical Education and a doctorate degree in Sports Sociology.
